Chapitre du Costa Rica - Santa Ana
On Saturday, November 7, 2026, the Bailliage de Costa Rica of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs will hold its Chapitre d'Automne, an induction ceremony and black-tie gala dinner themed "The Secret Garden" (El Jardín Secreto), at the Hilton Garden Inn Santa Ana, in the province of San José. Presided over by Bailli Délégué Alain Taulère, the evening will welcome new members into the Bailliage, with a menu created by Maître Rôtisseur José Ortega, Food and Beverage Director of the host property.
